My initial conversation with Ms. DiCecco (Jan 2023) was easy, and I did not feel stressed as she put me at ease. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, practical, and listened to our list of desirables for a home. There are a lot of brokerages out there that offer training or certain features, however from my experiences those same brokerages can't compare with how Re/max Millennium fills that void. In addition, our marketing team is phenomenal, Deepak & team deliver any required product in a timely manner, I never have to ask twice at any given time, they work with you diligently to determine a suitable campaign or creating an ad, which is catered to your style and personality versus just putting together a cookie cutter template. Finally the upper management is phenomenal, my experience with Ron and his team has been outstanding, when we sit down together to discuss strategy or any sort of action plan you feel like your working with a partner; and best of all its a breath of fresh air to work with a Broker of Record who doesn't compete against you like most, rather provides a great system for you to thrive off of. its a win win system provided your ready to put in the work.

I’ve been with Remax Millennium for some time now, there’s no other brokerage that offers this much value and support out there! It has everything under 1 umbrella (legal,financing,marketing, trainings and much more!). Remax Millennium is a giant in pre construction! Ron( broker of record) always make sure all his agents have VIP access to the most elite projects and developments! Remax Millennium always has events for each project prior the official launch, where we get visit sales centre, the actual construction site and area and we get to meet the team behind the development and learn hands on about the project.Trainings are amazing and there are at least 4/wk, they are live and lead by field experts. Not some boring pdfs. Marketing dept is amazing! They literally do everything for you, it insane how much support you receive as an agent. They provide us with social media posts, clients’ presentations, videos, email templates and much more. Not to mention we have our own Millennium + app where you can access everything in 1 tab from anywhere in the world.Ron Sally is an amazing broker of record! He’s always available for his agents day or night. He’s very knowledgeable and have many years of experience in the industry.
